Using the website

These terms govern use of the Pactora Global website, account portal and public sourcing tools. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with, misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems or other users’ information.

Website content describes Pactora’s sourcing capabilities and processes at a general level. Project-specific commitments are established only through separate commercial communication and documentation.

Accounts and access

Certain features, including private FOB estimate history and PDF access, require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping login credentials confidential and notifying Pactora if you believe your account has been compromised.

Private estimate pages are intended only for the account holder to whom they belong. Attempting to access another user’s private data is prohibited.

FOB Cost Estimator

The FOB Cost Estimator provides an indicative planning range based on limited inputs such as product category, quantity and decoration. An estimator result is not a binding quotation, guaranteed price, confirmed factory offer, final landed cost or commitment to manufacture.

Final costing can change after review of fabric, GSM, construction, trims, workmanship, decoration, wash or finishing, packaging, sampling, MOQ, quality requirements, delivery terms and actual factory confirmation. Categories marked “Specification review required” require more product information before a meaningful range can be provided.

Project enquiries and quotations

Submitting an FOB estimate, contact enquiry, tech pack or Start a Project form does not by itself create a manufacturing, agency, sourcing or supply agreement. Projects remain subject to review, factory suitability, availability, commercial agreement and any project-specific documentation accepted by the relevant parties.

Submitted materials and intellectual property

You should submit only product references, files, trademarks or other materials that you are authorized to share. You retain responsibility for the rights associated with materials you provide.

Pactora Global branding, original website content, interface designs and visual materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or republished without authorization, except where law permits.

Availability and changes

Pactora may update, correct, suspend or discontinue website features, estimator assumptions or portal functionality as the service develops. Saved indicative estimates remain subject to the assumptions and information available when they were generated and should not be treated as permanently valid commercial offers.

Reliance and responsibility

Users should independently review whether website information is suitable for their commercial decisions. Pactora is not responsible for losses caused solely by treating an indicative estimator output or general website content as a confirmed quotation or final production commitment.

Nothing on the public website replaces project-specific specification review, sampling, factory confirmation, quality requirements or agreed contractual terms.

Account closure

Account holders can request closure through Account Settings. Closing an account ends access to saved portal estimates and triggers deletion of associated portal records in accordance with the Privacy Policy, subject to records that may reasonably need to be retained for legal, security or legitimate business purposes.
